Honorable Mentions:

The Bird's Nest would like to thank the following individuals for their help and participation in making The Bird's Nest fly:

  • Robert Nipshank - Montreal Lake Cree Nation, SK - Post Secondary Department

    • Robert has been so helpful with providing useful information, helping with applications, rules and regulations. The Bird's Nest and Robert have been in touch since the beginning and without Robert's help, we would not have gotten as far as we have, as fast as we have.

  • Ron Lanzarotta - Maple Ridge, BC - Aboriginal Education Principal, Thomas Haney Secondary

    • Ron has also been a huge part of The Bird's Nest. One of the first that we have talked to, Ron has been so supportive and helpful in pointing us in the right direction as well as giving feedback and positive support along the way.

  • Sarah Komadina - Prince Albert, SK - CTV Prince Albert

    • Sarah was the first media outlet to reach out to The Bird's Nest. Without Sarah covering the movement we are creating, the ball of momentum we are on would not be as fast as it is.

  • Lyncee Dela Cruz - Vancouver, BC - Graphic Artist, Creative Designer at ECCW

    • Lyncee was kind enough to provide a poster for the event Wrestlefest for The Bird's Nest. She took the time out of her busy schedule to donate her amazing artwork to promote the show.

  • Greg Moore Youth Centre - Maple Ridge, BC

    • The Bird's Nest is so thankful to be able to host a show for the youth in Maple Ridge, and because the youth council at Greg Moore Youth Centre decided that our movement was one they would love to support, we are able to host our fundraiser in their beautiful establishment.

  • Brian Littlepine - Montreal Lake Cree Nation, SK - Principal, Senator Allan Bird Memorial

    • Brian has been very supportive in the dream that Andy Bird is pursuing. With full hands on deck, Brian has helped gather students so Andy Bird could explain the opportunity. Brian has also expressed interest in establishing a high school exchange program in between Senator Allan Bird Memorial and Thomas Haney Secondary so that the students of Montreal Lake can experience the joys of BC, and once they focus on graduating they will be able to take advantage of the opportunity The Bird's Nest is providing.
